I purchased this condo as an investment & short term living while new home being built Karli was available & willing to assist at all times She definitely guided me but was not pushing me in towards any one property! She helped with the bumps as with any sale! 1. In this tight market, Karli called me back! 2. Her knowledge of the area & market was amazing! 3. Her contacts with home inspectors, handy persons, homeowners insurance, & cleaning crew were spot on as I was not local! This is the 7th home/investment that I have owned so I have had experience with other real estate agents & Karli was one the best! Wishing her continued success!
