Karlene and her team were attentive and responsive to all my needs even though I was a pain at times LOL I have no problem recommending them to anyone ! Karlene truly does go above and beyond to help and guide you through the this process and above all else is sincere , knowledgeable and honest I am truly grateful and appreciative of her honesty and hard work !! GRIMES TEAM IS #1 !!!!
