Karlee Gibson took over our listing after our house had been on the the market for 6 months. There had been sparse activity and 2 failed escrows. Her knowledge of current market conditions and her marketing strategies yielded a buyer the first weekend of her listing. Karlee worked diligently to bring this transaction to completion. While we may not always have agreed with Karlee's recommendations, she always told us what she thought was in our best interests to complete the sale.
