Karla and her team of professionals were referred to us by a family member who had worked with her in the past to sell a home or two. We were delighted to meet Karla. First impressions are everything. She had a calm, and confidence about her that made us feel very good about the referral. After meeting with her and going over the game plan for both the sale of our home, and the plan to buy the next home. We were very impressed and excited. She was very thorough, and detailed in the step by step process on what to expect going forward as we prepared to list our home. Her photographer, and video of our home listing was bright and very complimenting. I guess you could say it made our home Pop! Although we had set to do an open house on a Sunday. Our home went live on the MLS on that Thursday at noon. We had a call at 12:15 pm from Karla. Another agent saw the listing. They wanted to show our home that same evening at 6:00 PM. Karla helped negotiate an over asking sale price that same evening. We closed in less than 30 days with a strong vetted buyer. That being said our home never made it to the planned open house :-). Karla then helped us with the process of our next home which was under construction as new construction. She helped set us up with a great finance/Loan company which was super easy, professional, and efficient. Between her vast amount of contacts, years of successful experience, and a guide for expectations we were always at ease. We had previously purchased and sold 3 homes prior to working with Karla. None of them went this smoothly, and transparent. She is somewhat of a workaholic, but it is because she cares about each and every one of her customers. Most importantly about the success of the transactions for her clients. I can't imagine having anyone else guide us and help us with another home sale, but Karla Wagner.
