I have had the pleasure of working with Karla Morgan. I needed to sell a vacation home in Delaware, but I live in Maryland. Karla met with me right away to get the paperwork started and the listing was up in no time.The listing was set up with beautiful pictures and I had interest in the property right away. I had two offers within two months and settled on one. Karla’s knowledge of the area helped me both in setting the price and negotiating the final sale.After the inspection, I required many visits to the Delaware home to get estimates for work. Karla took care of all those visits for me so I did not have to go there in person. She always answers my calls quickly. On top of that she is friendly and supportive.
