I met Karla at the first condo I looked at and though I was not interested in that particular property, within a couple of days she found the perfect condo for us. During the buying process, she always responded immediately to our every question, researched the tax history and very detailed information about the mello roos for this specific property. The purchase involved two HOAs and a rent back to the owner which added complexity to an already paperwork overload but she provided support throughout.
