Being first time home buyers Karla and her team at Keller Williams provided us with a lot of information and answered all of our questions with a lot of knowledge and experience. She was kind and you just knew she would do whatever it took to do her best by you. Her and her team were responsive late unto the evenings and all 7 days of the week. We had a hiccup with a shady seller's agent (we were the buyers) where we believed he would use common practice and ethics. However, unfortunately we lost a portion of our escrow even though we believed, through our conversations with Karla and her team, that we were still safe. Karla felt awful about this and made this right as we regrouped from a bad real estate deal and provided a credit at closing on the next home. This kind of integrity speaks VOLUMES! In the last 72 hours of the transactions to purchase our first home, there was silence from all at the KW team and this was frustrating and confusing since her team had ALWAYS been so responsive and helpful up until this point.
