Karla then went on to obtain a degree in Fashion Design and joined an artisanal creative studio as an assistant designer/studio manager. In this capacity, Karla assisted in the production of the FW13 & SS13 collaboration with Ann Demeulemeester, and one of kind commissions for Art Basel Miami and the Cristina Grajales Gallery.
