We were looking to purchase a vacation home with short term rental possibilities near Disney and theme parks in Orlando. As buyers who had traditional funding and a strict budget we were met competitors with all cash offers and market where listed houses were selling the next day sight unseen. Our deal almost fell through multiple times due to the Seller being uncooperative, amongst other things on his end. Karla was great about it all and even did some of the other realtor's work! My family and I have used Karla for 6 closings and this last one was a doozy, but she is the best! She's available practically all the time and probably is the most ethical agent out there. She knows what she's doing, sets realistic expectations, and gives great advice in many different ways.

Karla was fantastic! She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the home buying process while also being attentive to our emotional needs. As first time home buyers, Karla made us feel informed and certain at every step of the way. She helped us set reasonable expectations for the process, including what we could afford with our budget and what we could dream for. She helped lift us up when we were feeling defeated in a market that often feels unpredictable and intense. Karla went above and beyond what we expected in many ways. As one example, she showed us homes for a month prior to us being able to even make an offer as a way to help us feel certain about the area as part of our relocation. As another, during the closing process we found out that the home seller never fixed a leak they agreed to and Karla stepped in and facilitated the job being done the same day she found out they had no attended to it. You spend a lot of hours with your agent looking at houses in this market. As a bonus to her expertise, we also enjoyed being with Karla and have missed her since the process has concluded. We joke about scheduling an afternoon to see houses just to spend time with her. Both my fiance and I highly recommend Karla for any home buying needs from first time to relocation to second homes. She is wonderful!
