I went with Karla because of her ability to advise and consult on what needed to be done to the home in order to sell. Faced with the choice of a major renovation or minor improvements we did a full market analysis of which path would lead to the most net gain to me post sale. Karla always had my best interested in mind through the process. She used her expansive network of contractors, subs and staging companies to assist on completing renovations pre-listing. The home was sold less than 30 days after it was officially listed on MLS. I would recommend Karla to anyone looking for an honest realtor who puts the customers concerns first.

We were downsizing from our 22-year larger family home in the suburbs to an urban condo - a major change for us. Karla was extremely patient as we navigated this new scene and showed us over 30 condos and townhomes. We finally found our current home after she convinced me (and it wasn't easy) to look in a particular part of town. She definitely knows the Downtown/South Tampa market. She was responsive and was available to meet with us when it was convenient with our very busy schedules.

Karla was great to work with; we were relocating from Atlanta with not very much knowledge about the Tampa Bay area. She was very helpful in our initial meeting at asking great questions that helped her and her team to really narrow areas that were a match with our needs...and they hit the nail on the head. Our transaction was a bit difficult as we were dealing with elderly sellers who had been the sole owners of the property for 36 years. It took a lot of patience and creativity to bring this deal to closure! Karla was very helpful in sharing resources for repairs and renovations as well which was great.
