Karl Zarling

Karl worked with us for about a year, helping us buy a house. My wife and i couldn't of asked for a more knowledgeable realtor. He was always available when we needed him and almost always was able to answer any questions we had. The house buying process can be rough, but with Karl, it was a much easier. We couldn't thank him enough for his hard work and dedication to helping us find our home!

This was our first relocation move and Karl was the key to the sale of our house and walking us through every step of the process. We would not have been successful without his expertise and guidance. He listened to our concerns and was very supportive and objective in his recommendations regarding listing of home and potential buyers. Again this process would not have gone smoothly without his expertise in real estate.

Karl was very knowledgeable about the process of home buying. I liked that he could point out potential concerns about homes that I didn't consider. Karl was very helpful during the negotiation process, gave good guidelines for starting points and how to proceed. He has a good source of contractors to provide guidance through the home inspection process. Karl also gave us the freedom to look through homes without hovering over us yet was there for our questions.

We were in the market for a lake condo and were very lucky to come in contact with Karl. Karl was very familiar with the the location, the lake, condo association and local businesses. All of our questions and concerns were quickly answered. Our process of looking and deciding took several months and Karl was there for us at each step. We have not purchased property for a long time and were a bit nervous with the procedures. Right from the start Karl told us to get pre qualified from our bank which we did. We knew up front what our limits were. Next we looked at a couple of condo units and discussed with Karl what we liked and did not like. We settled on a unit and started the offer process which was a little scary at first. Karl took us thru the process explaining how everything worked and what we could expect. The best part was being able to do all our paperwork thru Dotloop, what a time saver and smooth system. We offered and counter offered and came to an agreement which we liked. After there were several items my bank needed clarification on and Karl quickly answered there concerns and a closing date was set, and we closed. There are several key reasons why he made our buying journey effortless, worry free and yes enjoyable. His knowledge of lake property on our lake was impressive. Each question we had of the area was answered quickly and was informative. His knowledge of the buying protocol really put us at ease and made us feel we had the right strategy to get to the finish line. I felt that there was no such thing as a "dumb" question. We are very happy with Karl's performance, he has the perfect personality for his job. His people skills, real estate knowledge and marketing expertise are unsurpassed. He is a high energy trusted person I would totally recommend to anyone for their real estate needs, either buying or selling.

The best. Karl was readily available during our home search. We told him what we were looking for in a home and where we we wanted to be located. He set up a search for us and contacted us whenever a match became available. He was always willing to show us homes that we were interested in and provided his extremely knowledgeable, honest opinions on everything from location to potential issues with prospective homes. When we finally found our home, Karl helped us every step along the way. From making an offer to negotiating every last detail, he made sure we got the best deal possible. We are extremely satisfied with everything Karl did for us. We have recommended him to our friends, and would recommend him to anyone!

Karl did a great job helping us with both buying and selling. His experience and knowledge of pricing helped us to market and sell our house quickly. He also has expertise in the structure of houses so he could identify strengths and weaknesses of the houses we looked at.
