Karl, is a great person to work with, so professional, knowledgeable and always there to assist and answer questions. His advice and support through closing was invaluable. He was always following up and providing updates after the offer, friendly, and very handy to assist us with all kinds of questions we had regarding getting the house ready for sale. We could not have done it without him. Our house was sold in less than 2 days and the price was right. Thanks Karl
