Karl did a great job selling our Condo in Kirkland. We were living out-of-state and he went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Karl made several trips to the condo to meet repair people and tie up loose ends. The buyers and their agent were very difficult to deal with but Karl and the Vija group handled it well.
