Karl and Joyce helped me sale my first home which was very stressful due to the other buyers but after all that the sale went through. Then I moved in with my daughter "wow" and waited for that right house that Karl and Joyce help me find, I love it . They have always been there even after I moved in I will always use them for future home purchases and I highly recommend them . They are not only my realtors but also I can call them friends.
