I potential buyer was found quickly and then there started being complications on the potential buyers side. Karl and I both thought the house was a perfect match for them so he helped me stay focused and calm through 2 delays in closing. All I can say is that if I ever had to sell a house again or recommend a realtor to anyone, Karl would be at the top of my list. karl was well informed on all of the issues at hand. I would say that 90 % of the time he had the answer to the questions that I posed to him and the other 10 % he got back with me in a day with the answers.
