This is the second home I have purchased with Karissa. This particular home will be a home to fix up and sell for a profit. Karissa was very good at anticipation. In this case she needed to anticipate a offer price over list or out list price to ensure we didn’t pay too much for the property but we still got the deal. Her knowledge of the market perception made it possible for me to save at least $5000. She promptly made arrangements for a home inspector. We had to resolve some deficiencies with the home as well. She was able to resolve a water issue. And also facilitated a closing from the state of Utah effectively. She was very good at collecting keys and securing the property while we were not able to physically be there. Karissa is very trustworthy and does what she says she’s going to do. Amazing! Karissa goes over and beyond in everything that she does. She has a high achiever and wants the best for her clients. She’s very knowledgeable in the real estate market, insurance, water rights, and also Airbnb.
