Karina was an absolute ANGEL to work with. Not only does she bend over backwards to do anything & everything she can to make sure you are satisfied, but she does it with a smile on her face and always sending positivity your way! Her schedule is so flexible sometimes I wonder how she does it! I really can't say enough great things about Karina!!!

I lived in Las Vegas and wanted to purchase in the North Atlanta area near a big lake. I talked to several realtors and they were not responsive or did not want to work outside their area. Karina was (literally) willing to go the extra mile. Before I made a trip to the area we worked on the phone and through emails to put together a list and some criteria for the house I wanted. I was in the Atlanta area for a couple of weeks and she spent a lot of her time with me. I ended up with the house I wanted. Thank you Karina.

Karina's knowledge of our market area and price range was superb. We spent quite a bit of time looking at potential purchase properties, and Karina's familiarity with the pro's and con's of each price range helped us greatly to narrow the field of choices. She was very committed to us as a seller/buyer, and it showed in how much personal time and effort she spent reviewing buyers and preparing offers. In the end, we were able to sell our house at our target price (thanks to her excellent staging advice), and that allowed us to purchase our target home on time and on budget. She managed the entire negotiation process, even to the point of closing both properties on the same day with no delays. I would definitely recommend Karina for anyone .
