I would not buy a house that I "like." I want a house that I "love." We were very pleased with our agent, Karina Barone. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She came to us with a lot of information about the homes in the market. She was always available to answer any questions we had and kept us informed of progress throughout the buying process. We would highly recommend her. She always conducted herself in a professional manner and considered our input. When I sent her a text, she was very prompt in replying. If I had a concern, she was always there to help or answer my questions. We went to look at about 10 houses, and finally, we found the one! She would communicate on my behalf to everyone who was involved (mortgage broker, home inspector, sales counselor, etc.) to make sure everything was in place.
