After interviewing several real estate agents we determined that Karin was our best option for our first-time home purchase - she is everything that you could want in an agent. We could not have done this without her. She is so knowledgeable on every aspect of home purchasing, home ownership, and processes such as short-sales. She was responsive around the clock and always made me feel like I was the only one. She is always so honest, the first thing that she said about the house that we ended up buying was "I don't like it" :-) Getting a real opinion is much more important than having them say what you want to hear just to make the sale. She helped us deal with every other party involved, it was like having a realtor/home inspector/teacher/bouncer/currier/advisor all-in-one.
