She willing work very hard for you and able to negotiations to get the most benefit for her client. 100% total recommended. But sometime you need to patient for her to respond because she has to wait for another party to respond then she will respond back to you!

She had connections to reputable contractors that could get into the place right after closing to do all the work that needed to be done in the short period before I needed to move in. I would--and indeed have--recommended her to friends. When I met her, I found out she had been the agent that helped a close friend of mine and her husband find their dream home--a home I helped them move into. There's a reason that Karin has been in the game as long as she has: she's really good at what she does. I would recommend her enthusiastically to anyone.
