I first contacted Karin on 9/9/23 to arrange to sell my uncle's condo. He left his condo on 10/31. It was listed on 11/2 and we had a buyer in contract at a fair price on 11/6. The entire sale was closed on 12/18/23 using the title company Karin recommended. I met Karin only once during this time. All the paperwork was done remotely. I cannot imagine anyone getting this finished any quicker or with fewer issues. Her advice regarding the timing and value couldn't have been better. If I had another home for sale in that area, I would go back to Karin without hesitation.

Karen was excellent at selling my home. She also keeps you up-to-date on information with selling your home. Everything went smoothly at closing. Also, with showings she gave you advance notice. One of the things I like the best about Karin was she was very personable. I would definitely use her again in buying or selling your house.
Our overall experience with Karin was great. The fact that she spoke French was a major advantage for us. She helps us understand the different steps in the transaction. Since we were not in the US at the time of the transaction and we won’t be back for a while, she made sure that everything in the condo was ok. She also took care of having the door lock changed.
