Karin helped my husband and I purchase our beach home in Lavallette, NJ. It was a new construction house that was about half way done when we stepped and purchased. Karin helped us with EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of construction which is not an easy process. She was always reachable and accessible. Her communication skills were superb and she was able to negotiate almost every request we had.
