About Karim

Karim has over 22 years of experience in real estate and mortgage sales, marketing, and management in the Puget Sound Region. Karim started his real estate career with Century 21 in 2000 and has owned two John L. Scott Franchises; switching brands in 2009 to RE/MAX. “Our approach to operating a real estate brokerage is based on the belief that we are here to help our Brokers grow their business by providing them world-class training and technology, helping them to leverage and grow their business. We believe that lead generation systems are absolutely critical to your future success, and we teach our Brokers what systems actually work!” Prior to starting his real estate career, Karim was a Certified Public Accountant providing consulting services to entrepreneurial businesses, and Entrepreneur himself starting several businesses over the years, including a technology company in which he raised over $10M in private and venture funding. Karim and his wife Deanna have four children; Alyssa, Jason, Lindsey, and Ryan. They are very active in youth sports, Karim coaches youth cross country and track and field, and they enjoy hiking and camping when they have time to get away.
