When our mother passed away, my brother, sister and I started looking for an agent to list her home. Karie had excellent reviews, and sure enough was one of the first to respond to our inquiries. She immediately sent us a listing of comparable properties in mom's neighborhood. Once we engaged her, she provided a professional stager, photographs of the home, a 3D walk through and even some overhead drone shots of the home. She arranged house cleaning and carpet cleaning. Once the lockbox was on and the listing active, Karie followed up with each agent who brought potential buyers to the home. Karie always stayed positive and encouraged us throughout this process. Once an offer was received Karie negotiated beautifully on the terms of the sale. We needed some roof and septic repairs which she arranged for us. Then we obtained a back up offer and she also negotiated with the second place offer. The entire process went smoothly due to Karie's expertise in dealing with every aspect of the sale.
