Excellent communicator and deeply caring

Katie was such a wonderful resource through the selling process. She provided so much guidance on how to prepare the property for selling and was able to take care of tasks that I didn’t have a vendor for. She was very on top of the status of the market and helping to better gauge how the house should be priced as there market shifted. On top of all of that she was incredibly supportive. I would definitely recommend her if you’re selling a property and I’m sure she’d be equally helpful in finding a property.
