Kari helped the reviewer sell this property

My experience with Lari Wahl was incredible, from the beginning she understood what I wanted

Kari Wahl from the beginning understood what I was interested in and helped me take control of my situation since I had never sold a house before. Her knowledge and experience was obvious to me after our first meeting. She gave me the knowledge of the market and what I needed to do to get on top of it. She lead me from the start on what I needed to do to my house to achieve my goals, from staging to everything in the home that may need to be done to accomplish the end result of what I wanted to do. It’s almost like we had known each other for years just by the way she explained everything in detail that my home may need to enter the market with the value I felt my home was worth. I have always been a contractor but she had new tools I needed to complete my home to sell from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the lighting, all in very important detail. She always kept in close contact with me thru out the process of remodeling my home and why to do as I went along with remodeling my kitchen, bathrooms, and well the entire home with great detail. The team she has is very professional and straight forward. Everything from the beginning to the sale went so smooth and without any stress what so ever. I achieved my goal and I can’t thank Kari enough for all she had done for me from telling me where to get the materials for my home to getting to the finished product and making sure it was all so beautiful and up to date fir the market of today. She always answered her phone when I called or called right back and that was really important to me. Kari Wahl is the best most professional realtor I have ever known
