It needed work but Kari came in and pointed out all the beautiful things about it, which made me like her immediately. The pictures she took for the listing really captured the beauty of the home. She listed the house and it was under contract, over asking price, in less than a week. We went to settlement the next month. Everything went smoothly from start to finish.
