It had been since 2007 since I purchased my old house. I was in the market because I was downsizing after both of my children moved out to start their careers. Kari was very attentive to the type of house, amenities, and community/neighborhood I was looking for. She was patient and diligent in searching for the right place. Even in this tight market, she found several options for me to look at. She has a great customer base, so she can keep on eye on those “coming soon” properties. Highly recommend Kari, so much so that I am having her now sell my old house.
