We could not be more pleased with our home buying experience. We were buyers from out of town not overly familiar with the Atlanta area. Kari did a wonderful job taking us to numerous neighborhoods highlighting schools and activities in each and giving us a really great idea of our surroundings so we could narrow down what cities we were most interested in. On our first day out with Kari she was able to get us into off market homes, uncover new builds with developers, and identify what our must haves were for our new home. We were still living a mere 600 miles away for the rest of our home buying experience. For homes that we were interested in Kari would do facetime tours and drive us around the neighborhood. We were so confident in her taste and understanding of our needs we were comfortable putting in an offer based upon her walk throughs alone. Flash forward one week later we were able to find a house that checked all of our boxes and were under contract in less than 72 hours. We were really happy with the price and inclusions. Kari did a phenomenal job communicating with the sellers agent so they could understand our sense or urgency when moving forward. We were not present for the inspection and Kari was able to not only able to refer us to a wonderful inspector but also carefully walk through with him and get all of our questions answered. As if that was not enough Kari carefully walked us through both the contracting, closing, and worked with our lender and the sellers to get our closing date pushed to 17 days. I honestly do not know what more Kari could have done for us we are so happy in our new home and hope to be here for years to come, but should we ever need to move we know exactly who to call!
