We used Kari 7 years ago for our first home. We had tried another realtor before her and just didn’t jive. She came out with a great attitude, was never pushy or rude and we were super slow. Helped us when we had issues with our bank and gave advice where she could. Then in 2022 we called her again for an investment property which she came out right away did what she could be. But WE weren’t fast enough. Then in 2024 we found another investment. She got us in and kept us updated on what was going on and definitely helped us achieve this house. I would tell anybody and everyone to go with her. She has quick response whether it’s calls or text she is going to let you know.
