They patiently guided and supported us as we looked at multiple homes only to eventually give up on buying as we hadn't found the right home and were uncertain how the market would trend. When we again decided to buy a home, we reached out to them again. They had kept us in their mailing list. Kari and Troy were knowledgeable about all aspects of buying, and when we ran into a lender glitch, they rose up, called the lender, advocated and solved that issue. Of course we used them to then sell our home. Again, they accomplished this with care and responsive expertise in a fluid market. We were "just looking" when I contacted the Cooks about a home listed. They were very courteous and informative. I stated we weren't quite ready to buy yet as we weren't sure if we just wanted vacation property and exactly what area we wanted. They were never pushy and have been great at keeping us in the loop for what they think will work for us.
