We were "just looking" when I contacted the Cooks about a home listed. They were very courteous and informative. I stated we weren't quite ready to buy yet as we weren't sure if we just wanted vacation property and exactly what area we wanted. They were never pushy and have been great at keeping us in the loop for what they think will work for us.
