I contacted Karey Hannegan and her partner, Craig Wallace, when I needed to sell my parent's house after they passed away. I live out of town and travelling from my home to my parent's house was difficult, so I was worried about handling the sale remotely. Karey and Craig were on top of everything. Karey was the best in helping me find a home, even when it wasn't an area that she is familiar with. She new I was a novice and listened to all my needs. I was out to find a home for my disabled adult son that required a large number of specifics to meet his needs. She met him first and totally got him and needs right away. I've bought a lot of property, but I've never seen any realtor work as hard and long as Karey did to find the right house for us. Our family had special needs, so most properties fell short. We wrote a contract on one property, but it failed the inspection due to a minor detail that didn't meet our special needs.
