Karey and I went to check out a couple of the older houses listed. I would often repeat visits to the Redfin website to these visually charming properties. Karey and I quickly realized these were not “the one.” We found “the one” the very next day.

Our experience working with Karey was the best of the best. My husband and I were new to the selling market Karey broke down every detail for us with conference calls and went through in fine detail filling out all the paperwork with us. She was so kind and so gentle in helping understand what was going to happen at every step in the process. We had a weed challenge in the backyard, my husband had just had hand surgery, and she hired someone and took care of it for us. With health challenges she was so accommodating to do everything over the phone and only met in person when necessary. The whole process was seem less. We listed the house on a Thursday and she had a bid for us by that following Tuesday. She helped us sell for $25,000 over asking. The closing process was as simple, she arrange for a title company close to our current home to avoid the hour travel time. Right before we closed we stopped by to pick-up our lamps on timers and she had this beautiful sign by the front door advising people to take off their shoes. What a class act. From the 1st day we meet with her until the last signature and beyond. When we received a property tax bill months later I didn’t hesitate to text her and ask her about it. She said don’t worry they probably have not update the ownership at the county and advised where to call. Sure enough she was right they were sending updates the following week. She always had the time to talk to us no question was to big or to small. She was the most approachable professional person.
