I can't say enough about Karen and her work ethic. She takes every call and listens well to what you're hoping to find in a home. She's very easy to work with and I'd recommend her with flying colors to anyone.
Karen hung in there with us over a 4-month process trying to get into a new house. She helped us set up a purchase in contingency of our previous home selling, and we had so many questions along the way. The home we were selling far away went through 3 different buyers before we got it sold, and Karen kept encouraging us and communicating with our sellers here while we all waited for this complicated process to finalize. Her laid back, easy manner helped us feel welcome to ask questions and not rush our decisions.
This is the 3rd working with Karen, and I will continue using in all of my buying and selling transactions. She goes above and beyond to help her clients. My last purchase wasn’t even on the market because it was new construction, and she got it under contract for me quick. Thanks Karen!
She helped me find a house and finalize the sale very quickly when I had very little time. I appreciate her help.
Karen has 54 properties for sale and sold 43 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
