Karen hung in there with us over a 4-month process trying to get into a new house. She helped us set up a purchase in contingency of our previous home selling, and we had so many questions along the way. The home we were selling far away went through 3 different buyers before we got it sold, and Karen kept encouraging us and communicating with our sellers here while we all waited for this complicated process to finalize. Her laid back, easy manner helped us feel welcome to ask questions and not rush our decisions.
