I don't believe we would have been able to sell our house without Karen. Knowledgeable, hardworking, accessible, helpful, honest. Our house failed a septic test and, because of its location and today's environmental requirements, replacement was very complicated. Karen knew the process, knew the companies, and was able to guide us through the process, and take on matters herself that would be would be out of the usual realtor's scope. With another agent we might have ended up forced to delist the house, or sinking tens of thousands into a home that then would not sell. Karen is a true professional.
