Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Karen developed an early passion for real estate through her mother, a successful Realtor. She earned a degree in Public Relations and built a strong foundation in leadership and customer service through high-profile management roles with Macy’s in San Francisco and The Disneyland Resort in Anaheim before obtaining her real estate license in 2003. Karen’s corporate background helped launch a successful real estate career, earning Rookie of the Year honors and numerous sales awards. Over the next eight years, she managed multiple offices while continuing to serve her clients.
