Karen Weeks Morris was more than an excellent agent for me. It wasn't just the fact that after she put her sign up in the yard the house had two contracts within 12 hours or the fact that we closed on one of the contracts in less than 30 days and i walked out of closing with more money for the house and alot more money cleared from the closing than I expected. Her knowledge of the business and experience in closing came at a time in my life that I needed someone like her to take charge and help me to the max.. I had lost my wife and partner of 40 years to cancer and needed all the help and guidance i could possibly use at this time. Not once did Karen give me any causes for concern or worry as she took care of the sale of my house in all areas.
