Karen was great, she above and beyond to make sure our house closed on time. She even did work the supposed to be done by other agencies just to make sure we could get everything signed during our week in Arkansas. It’s hard moving from one state to another, but Karen made sure everything went smoothly. She’s the best and we highly recommend her if you’re buying or selling your home.
I’ve never bought a house before so doing so was extremely intermediating for me. Mrs. Watkins however is so kind, professional and approachable that I wasn’t really intimidated at all. She was very thorough in her work and was determined to find the right house for me. She took many things into consideration; my personal taste, my safety, distance from my job and price range. I’m worried I wasn’t easy to work because I work night shift and I’m only up at odd hours with but Mrs. Karen worked until she found the perfect home for me. I’d recommend her to anyone. She’s an amazing realtor and an even better person!
