Was fantastic from start to finish

She made the process very easy. Was very responsive and gave great advice. Our house was listed and had an offer in a week. Was closed in under 30 days. She is very knowledgeable and gave great advice. She had sold two homes for our neighbor they said how great she was. They were right. We were very impressed with everything she did from start to finish. We bought our house 33 years ago and have never sold a home before. She put us at ease and kept things on track. She is awesome and I would highly recommend. She is an asset to Berkshire Hathaway. She treated us like family even our dog Teddy. She is a great realtor and now we have a new friend in Karen. Thanks to her help and advice we were able to sell our home and move before the end of 2021. We listed our home on 11/13 and closed on the 12/17. Would have been sooner but that was the earliest we could get the movers there. She even took care of finding someone to repair the septic distribution tank at a lower price then we had found.
