Karen was fantastic to work with! She gave us excellent advise for what to do to make our property sell quickly. Karen kept us well informed on the entire process. Our home sold within two weeks during the harsh winter! We have never sold a home before and she made it as stress free as possible. If we need a realtor in the future, we will definitely give her a call, as well as, refer her to others.

Very honest and knowledgeable! Karen was always there to respond to a text or frantic email. She was great at calming us down when we would get worried about contract negotiations. Great insights to neighborhoods. If we said we liked a neighborhood but weren't seeing houses pop up in our price range she said well why don't we try this neighborhood. She helped us keep our options open. Never pushed us into liking or disliking a house. We were very close to putting an offer on a house that did not have a back door exit directly to the yard. Karen walked us through the pros and cons and then left it up to us to realize that didn't work for us. She let us come to our own conclusions about houses.
