Karen Totty

Karen was very quick to respond to any question or concern we had. When she was supposed to do something, she did it immediately. She always kept us informed of any news, and you got the sense that she was really out there battling for us, and was firmly looking out for our interests. When we first meet Karen, we liked her immediately, and Mary my wife, said that Karen was a real people person, and a real go getter. She really was. She made a difficult situation of selling our house into an enjoyable situation.
