How many words do I have here? I can't say enough about Karen's abilities as a real estate agent. In short - whenI first moved to this area Karen helped to find me a terrific rental - really beautiful at Boca West. I lived there for several years. I'm mentioning that because a number of years intervened before I called Karen for this November/2022 purchase. I was working with another agent who was falling short in a number of areas so ... I remembered my experience with Karen and called her. Right off the bat, the differences between Karen and this other agent were apparent. First of all, Karen asked me questions, she listened to me. I'm not at all exprerienced in the real estate market (two purchases in my 65 years) ... so there was a lot of explaining and teaching to do. Karen was patient with me and ... as it turned out ... a place that fit what I wanted turned up pretty quickly. I was actually a bit amazed we were able to snag the place we did. After the offer was accepted, Karen continued to walk me through the process ... always answering questions and addressing any concerns I had. I will leave it at that. I can not say enough about Karen's abilities. I mean ... it's why I looked her up after a decade passed. I remembered what she did the first time.

What a great experience working with Karen. We purchased from afar only seeing whatever pics were posted on line. Karen was our only link to this purchase. She was available each and every time I texted, emailed or called. She answered questions, met inspectors, took extra pictures and gave us a level of confidence as we did not see our home until the morning of closing. Although she was the agent for the seller I had complete confidence she was working with and for us as well. Upon meeting her in person she was as real and genuine as perceived! I feel she went above and beyond treating us, buying a small second home, as she would treat someone buying a million dollar property.
