Extremely helpful in getting home listed, in preparing for closing and after closing.
Karen was very helpful from the very beginning and she was on top of every stage of selling our home. She arranged for a wonderful video of our home, posted our listing on sites, showing our home, and within a couple days we had multiple offers. After one sale unfortunately fell through, she immediately re-posted our home and again managed multiple offers to successful a sale and closing. She was with us the whole way.
