So when it came to buying our first home and not only being out if state, but out of the US, we were certainly “green”. We didn’t know what a SFH was, what area we wanted let alone the multiples of loans that were available to us. My family & I had been to lots, and lots of open houses and met even more agents, none of whom we really gelled with.
