Karen was really good at talking us through the process - having never bought a property in the US before. When we were confused about some aspects of the purchase - she made time to visit us and talk through in detail to make sure we fully understood what was going to happen. She was also great at attending part of the inspection and the walk through and offering help and support through this process and picking up a couple of issues after we had closed/moved into the property.
