Karen did a spectacular job as our agent helping us buy a property in Jersey City. Karen simply knows more about the Jersey City market than any other broker I have worked with before and is comparable in skill, ability, knowledge to any of the top 1% of NYC brokers. She helped us purchase an investment property where the seller and his agent where exceptionally challenging. During the whole process, Karen was confidently guiding us. Most brokers would have let the deal fall apart, but Karen didn't. Because of everything she did we have now have an investment property that we are extremely happy with. Karen is truly our agent for life.
