I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of how pretty much everything worked, from getting pre approved, what houses to avoid, which houses were going to be bidding wars. Anything I had a question on she answered honestly and correctly. She knew a lot about the integrity of houses like foundation issues, cement issues, roofing. She knew which houses could become a money pit with repairs. Anytime I saw something come available on the realtor website I would contact her and she would come back with a quick response and time to look at it asap. I was never pushed into one house or another, she took my requests with my budget and helped me find a house that I love. It was truly a pleasure to work with her. Chris S
