We were buying a new home to increase the size for our family, and two work-from-home adults. We found a buyer, who backed out at the last minute, after stringing us along for a week and we had an open offer on the house of our dreams. Karen was able to find a new buyer, and work with them to shorten the escrow process so we could keep the home we wanted to buy. Everything by the book, and always with a sense of urgency.
