Karen is simply a TOP NOTCH Agent and one of the best in the area! Working with Karen Schwan not only once, but twice, exceeded all of our expectations. Back in 2009 during the recession, we met Karen as we were looking to buy our first home. Meeting Karen and deciding to work with her, was one of the best decisions. As a first time homebuyer, we were not as familiar with the process. Right away Karen was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with my husband and I, to determine what would be a good fit for us. Despite how difficult was the process to buy during the recession, she was incredibly patient and didn't give up on us. After 14 months, 80+ homes that we got to tour, and multiple offers, we found our ideal first home and we closed escrow in March 2010. In the summer of 2017, we listed our first home for sale, and bought our forever, dream home! Selling and buying at the same time, is not an easy process, but Karen made it so easy for us.
